• Delegates are responsible for their own hotel and travel arrangements.

• Spouses and guests are not permitted unless fully registered.

• HIFI name badges are required for all HIFI events.

• Dress code for the conference is Business Attire.

• Smoking is prohibited in all public and conference areas of the hotel.

Visas:  All visitors must have a valid passport. Please consult your nearest India Embassy well in advance regarding visa requirements.

It is the sole discretion of the hotel to determine rates and availability. HIFI delegates must make and are responsible for their own hotel and travel arrangements.  Please reserve early as space is limited.
